Self Promotion Month
This month is Self Promotion month therefore I am self promoting. Yayz.

A Little About Me:

I joined dA September 28th, 2008 to share my poetry. I have some siblings that are also on dA that eventually convinced me to come and share. At first I didn’t have too many people to talk to but eventually made an effort to reach out. By going to chatrooms greatly helped me in meeting tons of new and amazing people; in fact, one of my favorite pastimes here it to lurk around in them. So what kind of work do I do?

Poetry-
I started seriously making an attempt at poetry the summer of 2008. It was a very lovely outlet for me to have to deal with difficult things. But in taking a poetry class my Senior year in High School, I can see the vast improvement from when I first started here. At times I cringe and want to jut rewrite certain pieces but at least I know I’m making progress. I have several pieces that I am very proud of though. One of them is my ode to graduation which was put in the program of my High School’s Convocation “Stars of the Night”. Usually my inspiration comes from emotions that I have at the time of writing. Awareness poems are another one of my favorites to write. Please take some time to view if you’d like.

Photography-
I’ve also dabbled in photography as well and have caught some amazing moments on it. My camera is an ordinary digital. Hoping one day to get a better one and to take a photography class. For now I’m happy with the shots I’ve got.

Anything Else?
Not really. I like to do water color landscapes and wish I could draw better. Thus far though I feel like they aren’t good enough to put here on dA.
